This platform ("we", "us") provides quote-request, scheduling, and job-management tools that lawn care and landscaping businesses ("the Business") use to communicate with their customers. When you submit a quote request through a Business's public form, you are contacting that Business directly — the Business, not this platform, is responsible for the service quoted, scheduled, and performed. You must be 18 years or older to submit a quote request or otherwise agree to these terms.
By submitting your phone number on a quote request form, you authorize the Business to text or call the number provided for informational and transactional messages related to your request — including price quotes, scheduling confirmations, arrival notices, job completion updates, and occasional review requests — possibly using automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive; you will get one final confirmation text and no further messages after that. Reply HELPto any message for assistance, or see the Support & Contact section below.
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers may impose limits or filtering on message content that are outside our control or the Business's control.
This platform is provided as-is to help businesses manage their operations. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of any service quoted or performed by a Business using this platform.
